How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the options you choose at checkout and the location your item is being shipped to. In most areas we offer standard and expedited shipping options.
How soon can I expect my order?
Please note: Shipping may be delayed due to the current shipping statuses within countries as a result of Covid restrictions.
We process your order for shipping within 2 business days, however, delivery will vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout and your location.
Once shipped, approximate shipping times based on Standard Shipping without tracking:
- Canada: 4 - 6 business days (tracked)
- US: 4 - 8 business days (for shipping without tracking)
- Australia: 10 business days
Orders are shipped by Canada Post.
*Please note, for orders outside of Canada, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs or duties. Any customs or duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to customers outside of Canada.
Can I return my item?
We do not refund items but depending on circumstances, we will do our best to resolve any issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clearance items are not eligible to be returned so if you have any questions about a clearance item please contact us prior to purchasing. To learn more about our refund policy please visit: our Returns and Refunds page.
I live outside of Canada, why does the price go up when I reach checkout?
You can view the conversion for your country, however, when you reach checkout you are charged in Canadian funds, however, your statement should show the rate converted to your own currency.
Can I use more than one Discount code? Can I combine discounts?
No, you can not combine discounts. In order for us to continue offering lower prices, only one discount code or automatic discount can be used at a time. This includes automatic discounts, and all discount codes including discounts earned through our rewards program and Pearl Points.
What is Sea Glass?
Naturally produced sea glass is the result from broken bottles, ceramics and tableware that tumbles in sand and rocks creating a smooth/polished frosted effect, this can take multiple years. Careful of fake sea glass, this is sold in craft stores and can easily be noticed by the dusty powder residue, these artificial sea glass are made in a rock tumbler.
How can I track my order?
If available, once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking code that you can use to track your order.
What are Pearl Points?
Pearl Points are points you can earn towards future purchases. Once you redeem Pearl points you will be given a discount code you can use for your purchase. For information on earning and redeeming Pearl Points please visit our Seatiful Rewards page.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We are happy to discuss your project with you. Once we've agreed on a design and price we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start work on your order. Once the order is completed you will need to pay the balance before we ship it out to you. You will be required to pay for any additional shipping costs.
Where does the artwork come from?
All of the artwork is handmade on Vancouver Island by Cindy Egan. All pieces are original.
What does re-purpose mean?
Used saris or similar clothing made into skirts and scarves, this reduces clothing going to the landfill. This means each item we sell is uniquely made and may have slight irregularities that add to the fashion style. We carefully inspect each item and will document any significant damage and reduce the price accordingly. Any item on clearance is not subject to returning.
