For many years, people have complained about the amount of plastic trash floating in our oceans. Last month was the launch of the start of the amazing cleanup project spearheaded by a Dutch inventor Boyan Slat who I think is the Elon Musk of recycling. It is projected that the Ocean Cleanup Project will start cleaning the Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2020. It would be great if the Plastics Industries, United Nations and Greenpeace can join forces and assist in launching more of these projects globally as one project is not going to keep up with the demand.
